In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

g5555 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. For verified accounts, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa average under 8 minutes from the time of request. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals typically settle within the same business day.

The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances;
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. The required documentation includes valid government-issued photo identification and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are displayed in the account cashier at the time of the withdrawal request;

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all g5555 promotions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on g5555. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games;

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit g5555's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your g5555 account. g5555 provides no guarantee of winnings or profit from the use of its Services.
